1. Who may use WardCentral
WardCentral is for verified members of a ward bishopric — the bishop, his counselors, the ward clerk, and the executive secretary. You must complete identity and bishopric-calling verification before you receive admin access, and you must keep your account credentials secure.
2. Authorization to use report data
WardCentral does not connect to, log into, or scrape LCR. You bring in data by pasting the Member Directory and Member Callings reports yourself. By doing so you represent that you are authorized to view and use that data for ward administration, consistent with the Church's terms governing that information.
3. Acceptable use
Use WardCentral only for legitimate administration of your own ward. Do not attempt to access another ward's data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to harass or harm anyone. Access is scoped per ward and gated to verified leaders.
4. Service provided "as is"
WardCentral is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pointmatic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The LCR reports remain the authoritative source of truth; WardCentral holds a working snapshot.
5. Not official Church software
WardCentral is an independent tool — not official Church software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
