How it works

Install the browser extension
Add the LCR to WardCentral extension to Chrome or Brave. It runs only on LCR pages.

Copy for WardCentral & paste all three reports
In LCR, open the Member Directory, Member Callings, and Organizations reports and click Copy for WardCentral on each. Paste all three into WardCentral — no files to export, no spreadsheet to hand-clean.

Create your account
Enter your email, password, and mobile phone number, and the signup wizard walks you through the LCR report copy/pastes. It confirms your bishopric calling, then your ward activates on the spot.

Start saving time
You land signed in and ready to start planning Sacrament meetings, organizing speaking and prayer assignments, and scheduling announcements.

Invite others
Your bishopric counselors, ward clerk, and executive secretary can coordinate with you on WardCentral with an easy invite link. You can also invite the music coordinator to plan Sacrament meeting music in a specialized view, and a custom-calling "ward communication specialist" can help you manage announcements.
Get the extension
The extension supports Chrome and Brave only — Edge, Safari, and Firefox are not supported. (The WardCentral web app itself runs in any modern browser.)
What you can do
Privacy & security
Member data is encrypted and scoped to your ward's verified leaders — never shared with other wards, never sold, never used to advertise. The companion extension only reformats reports a leader is already authorized to view in LCR; WardCentral never logs into or scrapes LCR itself. We collect minimal personal information and act as a data processor — your bishopric is the data controller.
Who it's for
WardCentral is built for the people who run the ward day to day: the bishop and his two counselors, the ward clerk, and executive secretary. Your ward music coordinator can use WardCentral to plan Sacrament meeting music, and a custom-calling ward communication specialist can manage announcements that are published to the auto-generated program and conducting notes. You can also invite all of the other music staff in the ward for a read-only view of the music plan and their assignments in Sacrament meeting.
Confidential data access (meeting planning, callings, ordinations, assignments) is gated to verified bishopric members of your ward — and a new bishopric inherits a working system instead of a confusing spreadsheet or having to start over.
What's next
On the roadmap — not part of v1
WardCentral starts with the most time-consuming tasks: sacrament meeting planning, music planning, callings, and priesthood advancement. In the future we plan to add member-facing value: online sacrament-meeting programs, announcements, opt-in group messaging, and integration with the Church's calendar and ward home page — without compromising the leaders-only, minimal-data foundation.
